Q: Why work with Circle?

A: Circle is a 60-year-old, 3rd generation, family run business. We pride ourselves on selling a large variety of high quality consumer goods,

to small and large customers alike. Many of our staff members have been with us for over 10 years, and are dedicated in providing best in class

customer service.

 

Q: Why do I need to create an account to view your complete product listing?

A: As we are a B2B company that does not sell to the public, we need to approve all site registrations.

 

Q: What happens after I register, and how long until I can fully browse the site?

A: Within 48 hours of registering, one of our dedicated sales associates will reach out to validate the registration, as well as

collect vital details to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Shortly after speaking with a sales associate, you will be provided access.

 

Q: What are your minimum order amounts?

A: Our minimum order policy is $250. If your order is below $250, a $30 handling fee will be applied to your order.

 

Q: Once I place an order, what is the estimated processing time?

A: Once an order is placed, a dedicated sales associate will reach out within 24 hours to confirm and review your order.

Once your order is confirmed, we generally ship out within 4-7 business days.

Depending on the time of year, there could be slight variations in the ranges mentioned above.  

 

Q: How do I know that my purchase has been confirmed?

A: If your order is placed on our website, you should receive an email confirmation with a copy of your order.

 

Q: How do I revise or cancel my order?

Q: How do I apply for Credit

A: If you’re interested in credit, please fill out the following Credit Reference document. Once completed you can email or fax it back to us.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: Yes, any order placed before 12 PM can be picked up the following day after 9 AM. Any order placed after 12 PM can be picked up the following day after 1 PM.
